The Transitions to Work Program provides an extensive training and internship program to enable young adults with disabilities to develop the skills needed for employment and place them into jobs that provide earnings and a sense of purpose. JVS offers job placement and employment support services to consumers referred by Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission (MRC) Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors. Services include resume development, interview preparation, job search assistance and employment supports to assist consumers  obtain and maintain employment.
